摘要
为解决我国深井钻井速度慢和成本高的问题,需要抑制"黏滑振动"对PDC钻头的影响,为此而提出一种新的钻井提速工具——扭转冲击器。该工具可以将钻井液的部分液动能量转化为高频、周向振动,并直接作用于PDC钻头,保证下部钻具组合运动平稳,有效抑制"黏滑振动"对PDC钻头的影响,同时其高频的振动冲击也可以提高PDC钻头的破岩效率。扭转冲击器在塔里木油田金跃7-1井进行了现场试验,试验中工具工作稳定,提速效果达到了国外扭力冲击器同等水平,较螺杆钻具平均机械钻速提高了42%,在硬质泥岩地层提速更为明显,机械钻速提高了88%。试验结果表明扭转冲击器对深井钻井提速具有较好的作用效果。
        To address the issues of deep well drillingin China like low ROP and high cost,it is necessary to suppress the influence of "stick-slip vibration" on PDC bit. On the basis of analyzing the drilling state of PDC bit,a new drilling speed-increasing tool—torsion impactor has been put forward. The tool can convert part of hydraulic energy of drilling fluid into high frequency and circumferential vibration,and directly act on PDC bit to ensure smooth movement of the lower BHA,and effectively restrain the influence of "stick-slip vibration" on PDC bit.High-frequency vibration impact can also improve the PDC bit rock breaking efficiency. The novel tool has been tested in the Well Jinyue 7-1 in Tarim Oilfield with stable work status. The drilling speed-increasing effect reached the same level as that of the foreign torque impactor. The ROP was 42% higher than that of the PDM. Drilling speed-increasing in hard mudstone formation is more obvious with the increased ROP of 88%. The test results show that the torsion impactor has a good effect on the drilling speed-increasing of deep well drilling.
