摘要
采用爆发词检测方法,以德温特数据库和Web of Science核心合集为数据源,通过基本检索途径,分别检索2007-2016年的专利数据和科技论文,借助可视化计量学研究工具CiteSpace对健康医疗可穿戴设备领域的技术机会进行识别与预测,发现减少可穿戴设备的电力耗损、提高其监测及动作识别的精确度、提升其综合健康管理功能、完善无线通信技术、促进云计算在可穿戴设备领域的发展、多传感器融合及拓展可穿戴设备在慢性病(尤其是帕金森氏病与慢性心力衰竭)领域的应用为该领域的关键技术机会。识别健康医疗可穿戴设备领域的技术机会,能够为该领域的技术创新活动提出可供参考的建议。
The patent data and academic papers covered in Derwent Database and Web of Science from 2007 to2016 were retrieved by burst words detection. The technological opportunities of wearable devices in healthcare were identified and predicated using Cite Space,a visualized metric research tool,which showed that reducing the electric power consumption,increasing the accuracy of monitoring and action identification,improving the general health management function,perfecting the wireless communication technology of wearable devices,promoting the development of cloud computation in wearable devices,fusing of multiple sensors and expanding the application of wearable devices in chronic diseases,especially in Parkinson's disease and chronic heart failure,are the key technological opportunities of wearable devices in healthcare. Aware of the technological opportunities of wearable devices in healthcare can provide reference and suggestions for healthcare professionals in their technological innovation activities.
