护理干预对减轻创伤骨科患者术后疼痛的效果观察

摘要
目的研究减轻创伤骨科患者的护理方法,分析护理干预对减轻创伤骨科患者术后疼痛的效果。方法选取我院骨科2017年3月—2018年3月接受手术治疗的患者90例作为研究对象。采取随机分组的方法,将其分为实验组与对照组,两组均为45例患者。实验组实施综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预。记录护理后两组患者的VAS评分结果,比较护理干预对减轻创伤骨科患者术后疼痛的效果。结果实验组术后24 h、48 h、72 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组的护理满意度为97.78%,对照组的护理满意度为71.11%,实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对骨科患者实施科学、有效、全面的护理干预可以减轻患者术后疼痛,可以提高患者的生活质量,有利于患者术后恢复。
Objective To study the nursing methods for relieving traumatic orthopedic patients and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on reducing postoperative pain in traumatic orthopedic patients. Methods 90 cases of patients who underwent surgical treatment from March 2017 to March 2018 in the department of orthopaedics of our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 patients in both groups.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, to record the VAS scores of two groups of patients after nursing, and compare the effect of nursing intervention on relieving the pain of orthopaedic trauma patients. Results The VAS scores of the experimental group at 24, 48 and 72 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.78%, and that of the control group was 71.11%. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Scientific,effective and comprehensive nursing intervention for orthopaedic patients can alleviate postoperative pain, improve the quality of life of patients, and help patients recover after operation.
