上海市护理站运行模式现状与建议

摘要
目的:描述护理站运行模式和面临的问题。方法:用现场督查和自设问卷对上海市某区正在运行的12家护理站进行调查。结果:护理站是居家社区养老照护的重要支撑,但人力资源和教育资源相对不足,专业照护技术不足,长期照护护理项目受用面窄。护理站管理人员、注册护士和养老护理员均需要专业培训。结论:未来护理站的运行需要更多的专业人力资源,建立健全质量管理和评价标准,以满足社区和居家护理的需要。
Objective: To describe the nursing station operating mode and problems. Methods: On-site inspection and self-designed questionnaire survey were conducted on 12 nursing stations in a district of Shanghai. Results: Nursing station is the important support of home-based care services for aged. Problems include lack of educations and workforce, nonstandard health care skills, limited nursing items in Long-term Care. Nursing station managers, registered nurses and care workers need professional training. Conclusions: The future of nursing station includes more professional human resources, and the establishment of quality management and evaluation standard, so as to meet the needs of the community and residential care.
