论儿童抽动障碍之“风”

摘要
本文初步探讨了抽动障碍之"风"的几个内涵:风邪是诱发抽动障碍的主要因素;抽动障碍多以肌肉筋脉抽瘈、蠕动不已具有"风症"的症状特点;其发病病机,常在小儿体质特点基础上出现"外风引动内风",以及"内风招致外风"的内外风相兼的病机特点;临证应当首辨六淫,在精确辨证基础上注重疏散外风与平息内风相结合。力求准确求取病因病机,临证避免单纯以息风止痉,以静止和孤立的视角去审视这一复杂的精神行为疾病。
This paper has briefly discussed the natures of wind in tic disorders(TD). TD is mainly induced by the wind,and it' s most common manifestations feature the symptoms of the wind syndrome. This disease manifests muscles and vein spasms and disordered peristalsis. The pathogenesis of children tic disorders is usually external and internal wind coexisting,which is caused by"external wind triggers internal wind"or"internal wind induces external wind". In clinic,the first step is to differentiate the factors(the six excesses) which causes the TD,and then pay attention to dispel external wind and clam internal wind. In order to accurately identify the etiology and pathogenesis,it' s necessary to avoid easing the pain by simply dispelling the wind,and examining this complex mental behavior disease(TD) from a static and isolated perspective.
