虚拟装配中挠性元件变形的研究

摘要
论文研究了在机械零部件装配过程中,有些元件在预紧力作用下发生的非弹塑性变形范围内的挠性变形问题。针对在虚拟样机设计时,因挠性变形导致的装配干涉、挠性变形状态紊乱、机构分析不能顺利进行、挠性变形后的尺寸未真实体现等诸多实际工程问题,通过对典型挠性元件弹簧、密封圈、皮带传动的机械产品设计实例作相关性研究,很好地解决了工程设计中挠性元件变形引起的虚拟装配干涉等诸多问题。
        In the assembly process of mechanical parts,some elements will be flexible deformation under the action of preload. All of these problems are studied in the range of inelastic deformation in this paper. In viewof the virtual prototype design,such many practical engineering problems as assembly interference,flexible deformation state disorder,institutional analysis not being carried out smoothly,the size of the flexible deformation untrue,which are caused by flexible deformation. Those typical flexible elements,such as spring,sealing ring,belt drive,which are studied on the correlation of mechanical product design. And the problems of virtual assembly interference etc being caused by deformation of flexible element in engineering design have been solved perfectly.
