摘要
为研究高原环境对对置活塞对置气缸(OPOC)二冲程柴油机性能的影响,采用三维数值仿真的方法对不同海拔条件下OPOC二冲程柴油机燃烧过程进行研究。通过混合气特征参数定量分析高原环境对OPOC二冲程柴油机缸内油气混合过程的影响。通过对燃烧特征参数的分析,研究高原环境对OPOC二冲程柴油机燃烧过程的影响以及对OPOC二冲程柴油机性能的影响。结果表明:高原环境下,OPOC二冲程柴油机缸内平均压力下降,平均温度升高,燃烧过程恶化,燃油消耗率增加,Soot排放显著增加,而NO_x排放下降不明显。
        In order to study the influences of plateau environment on the performance of OPOC two-stroke diesel engine, the combustion processes of OPOC engine at different altitudes were investigated with 3 D simulation method. The influences of plateau environment on the air-fuel mixing process inside the cylinder of OPOC two-stroke diesel engine were quantitatively analyzed according to the mixture characteristic parameters. Through the analysis of combustion characteristic parameters, the influences of plateau environment on the combustion process and performance of OPOC two-stroke diesel engine were studied. The results show that the mean in-cylinder pressure decreases, the mean in-cylinder temperature increases, the combustion process deteriorates, the fuel consumption and soot emission increase and the NO_x emission shows an unobvious decrease in plateau environment.
