摘要
针对工业用户配置储能系统以降低基本电费和增加低储高发收益的需求,考虑工业用户年度负荷数据,提出了储能系统可实现的削峰能力判据,并提出了削峰后峰值负荷的迭代求解方法。然后按照负荷峰谷类型和电价峰谷时段划分了充放电模式,在此基础上提出了基于回溯方法的充放电策略计算方法,实现了考虑负荷特性的储能收益分析。算例验证表明负荷特性对储能收益的影响非常显著,根据历史数据进行年度充放电策略的详细计算,能够给工业用户储能系统配置提供准确的经济收益辅助数据,确保储能系统配置的合理性和经济性。
        Considering the demand of reducing the basic electricity cost and increasing the income of electricity sale by industrial user with energy storage system,this paper proposes the criterion of peak load shifting capability by energy storage system and the iterative method for calculating peak load after peak clipping,based on the historical annual load data of industrial user. Then according to the charging and discharging modes classified based on load characteristic and the electricity price period,the charging and discharging strategies with backtracking method are developed,and the energy storage benefit analysis considering load characteristics is realized. The case verification shows that the monthly income is significantly affected by the industrial load characteristics. The detailed calculation of the annual charge and discharge strategy based on historical data can provide accurate assistance data of economic benefit for industrial users' energy storage system configuration,ensuring the validity and economy of storage system investment.
