摘要
利用亲油型层状硅酸盐(OMMT)进行改性沥青的制备。利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)研究了掺量在2%、4%、6%、8%的OMMT改性沥青高温流变性能,确定不同掺量下改性沥青的高温临界温度。利用薄膜烘箱(TFOT)、压力老化(PAV)对改性沥青进行老化模拟,利用低温弯曲流变仪(BBR)与DSR分别测定老化后残余沥青的低温蠕变劲度与中温疲劳温度,评价了不同掺量下OMMT改性沥青的低温性能与抗疲劳性能。综合上述温度指标,得出不同掺量对OMMT改性沥青PG分级性能的影响。
        In this paper, the preparation of modified asphalt is carried out using a lipophilic layered silicate(OMMT). The high temperature rheological properties of OMMT modified asphalt with 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% dosages were studied by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR). The high temperature critical temperature of modified asphalt under different dosages was determined. The aging simulation of the modified asphalt was carried out by using thin film oven test(TFOT) and pressure aging vessel(PAV). The low temperature creep stiffness and the medium temperature fatigue temperature of the residual asphalt after aging were measured by low temperature bending rheometer(BBR) and DSR, respectively. Low temperature performance and fatigue resistance of OMMT modified asphalt under different dosages. Based on the above temperature indexes, the influence of different dosages on the grading performance of OMMT modified asphalt performance grading(PG) was obtained.
