摘要
目的:调查职校教师工作投入和职业成长的现状及相关性。方法:采用一般资料问卷、工作投入量表和职业成长量表对江苏省医药卫生类3所五年制高职学校的285名教师进行问卷调查。结果显示,职校教师工作投入(3.59±0.66)和职业成长(3.50±0.80)整体水平不高;相关性分析结果显示,职业学校教师工作投入各维度及总均分与职业成长各维度及总均分呈正相关性,相关系数(r值)为0.197~0.529。结论:职校管理者应采取科学有效的方法提高教师工作投入水平,营造更加有利于员工职业成长的氛围,促进高职院校教师职业成长轨道的顺畅发展。
        The purpose of the research is to investigate the present situation and relevance between job involvement and career growth for teachers in vocational colleges. A questionnaire survey is conducted among 285 teachers in three five-year higher vocational colleges of medical and health categories in Jiangsu province by adopting general material questionnaire, job involvement scale and career growth scale. The results show that the overall level of job involvement(3.59±0.66)and career growth(3.50±0.80)for teachers in vocational colleges is low. The results of the correlation analysis show that there is positive correlation in each dimension and the whole average score between job involvement and career growth. The correlation coefficient(r value) is 0.197~0.529.The research draws the conclusion that the administrators of vocational colleges should adopt scientific and effective ways to improve the level of teachers' job involvement, and build the atmosphere that is more favorable to their career growth to promote the smooth development of career growth for teachers in higher vocational colleges.
