对诊断学实验课作业模式改革的探讨

摘要
目的:探讨诊断学实验课作业模式改革的应用效果。方法:选取本校2016级临床专业273名学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用纸质作业模式,实验组采取视频作业模式。比较两组的学习效果,用t检验作统计分析。结果:实验组学生理论考试成绩为(81.26±6.66)分,对照组学生(77.43±7.40)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生技能考核成绩为(86.30±5.39)分,对照组学生(80.84±7.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查实验组亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断学实验教学中,采取视频作业模式的学习效果明显优于采用传统作业模式的学习效果,可以显著提高学生的实践操作能力和临床思维,值得推广应用。
        Objective:to explore the application effect of homework mode reform in diagnostic laboratory courses.Methods:selected 273 students of 2016 grade clinical medicine were enrolled and randomly divided into study group and regular group.Traditional paper homework mode was applied in regular group while the mode of video work was implemented in study group,observed the learning effect of the two groups,and the data were analyzed through test.Result:statistical difference was found in theory test score between study group and regular group(81.26±6.66 vs.77.43±7.40)(P<0.05),and also in the skills test score(86.30±5.39 vs.80.84±7.12)(P<0.05),the questionnaire also showed that the study group was significantly better than the regular group.Conclusion:in the diagnostics experiment teaching,the learning effect of the video work mode is superior to the traditional homework mode.It can significantly improve the students' practical operation ability and clinical thinking and worth promoting.
