共享经济理论下共享单车企业的危机探析——以小蓝单车为例

摘要
本文从小蓝车的危机入手,通过与ofo及摩拜的对比,以国家交通信息平台的数据为依托,建立数学模型,使用Matlab、SPSS和MaxDEA等软件计算出数值,从财务、品牌知名度、运营、政策等方面剖析小蓝单车发展中存在问题,小蓝单车在没有先发优势下,采取冒进的企业战略,最终破产倒闭。本文试图通过案例分析,得出一些规律,提出一些措施供共享单车公司思考和借鉴。
This paper starts with the crisis of the small blue car. Based on the comparison with ofo and Mobai, based on the data of the national traffic information platform, the mathematical model is built. The software is calculated using Matlab, SPASS and MaxDEA software, from the financial and brand awareness. In terms of operations, policies, etc., there are problems in the development of small blue bicycles. Under the advantage of the first-mover, the small blue bicycle adopts a pioneering corporate strategy and eventually goes bankrupt. This paper attempts to draw some rules through case analysis and propose some measures for the shared bicycle company to think about and learn from.
