带状疱疹给予泛昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗的效果比较

摘要
目的分析泛昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2016年2月～2018年2月本院收治的100例带状疱疹患者,按照随机数字表达法将其分为观察组与参考组,各50例。观察组采用泛昔洛韦治疗,参考组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于参考组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组主要症状改善时间、急性期主观症状及客观体征评分均少于参考组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率、1年内复发率均低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹具有起效快、效果确切且安全性高等优势,可作为首选治疗药物推荐使用。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of famciclovir and acyclovir in treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 100 herpes zoster patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected.According to the random number expression method,they were divided into observation group and reference group,50 cases each.The observation group was treated with famciclovir and reference group was treated with acyclovir.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00% of reference group(P<0.05).The improvement time of main symptoms,subjective symptoms and objective signs in observation group were less than those of reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence within one year in observation group were lower than those of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Famciclovir has the advantages of quick onset,exact effect and high safety in treatment of herpes zoster,and can be recommended as the first choice of therapeutic drugs.
