摘要

基于中国国际进口博览会召开的特殊背景,以国家会展中心(上海)场馆功能提升工程为案例,介绍了在前期条件准备不充分,而竣工时间又不能调整情况下的项目管理与技术应用,实现了较短工期内的重大目标,可为类似的工程提供经验分享。
        Taking the function improvement project of the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Shanghai) as a case, the background of the China International Import Expo is introduced, how the project management and technical application are carried out under the conditions of inadequate early preparation and the nonadjustable completion time and how the major goals are achieved in a relatively short period of time, which can provide experience sharing for similar projects.
