市政设施维护新技术应用后评估——以桥梁伸缩缝改造项目为例

摘要
为进一步推广应用新技术,为市政设施改造项目提供技术优选指引,对实施并运行一段时间的项目进行后评估。文章以桥梁伸缩缝改造项目为例,进行项目实施全过程评估、项目效益与可持续性评估和总体评估。结果表明无缝伸缩缝改造试点项目基本评估中的各项指标均合格,达到了项目预期目标和新技术实施目标要求,综合评估评定等级为"完全成功"。该技术适用于原伸缩缝完好、平整,型钢没有发生过大变形,但急需降低行车噪音、受施工工期、施工环境噪声限制等特殊要求的改造项目。
        In order to further promote the application of new technologies, technical guidelines for municipal facilities renovation projects will be provided, and post-evaluation will be carried out for projects that have been implemented for a period of time. In this paper, takes the bridge expansion joint reconstruction project as an example to carry out the whole process evaluation of the project implementation, project benefit and sustainability assessment and overall assessment. The results show that the basic evaluation of the seamless expansion joint transformation pilot project is qualified, and achieve the expected target of the project and the target of new technology implementation. Comprehensive assessment rating is" completely successful". However, this technology is suitable for the original expansion joints intact and smooth, the steel has not undergone excessive deformation, which is urgent to reduce the traffic noise, construction period, construction environment noise restrictions and other special requirements of the transformation project.
