摘要
测试了斑翅果蝇寄主水果11种挥发性成分(己醛、2-庚酮、反式-2-己烯醛、芳樟醇、乙酸乙酯、水杨酸甲酯、己酸、α-紫罗兰酮、己醇、反式-2-己烯-1-醇和乙酸异戊酯)分别与一定比例的乙醇和乙酸混合对斑翅果蝇成虫的引诱效果,以筛选出对乙醇和乙酸混合液具有增效作用的挥发物,并对具有增效作用的挥发物进行正交试验,以找出具有最佳引诱效果的配方.结果表明:将一定浓度的己醛、2-庚酮、反式-2-己烯醛和芳樟醇添加到乙醇和乙酸中对斑翅果蝇雌雄成虫的引诱具有显著的增效作用;正交试验结果表明,以各种挥发物作为溶质,乙醇和乙酸混合液作为溶剂,将体积分数为1/5 000的己醛、1/500的2-庚酮和1/5 000的芳樟醇混合到乙醇和乙酸中对斑翅果蝇的引诱效果最好,引诱率达到86.4%.
        To find out compounds with synergism effect for ethanol and acetic acid mixtures for controlling Drosophila suzukii, the attractiveness of ethanol and acetic acid mixtures combined with 11 volatile compounds(hexanal, 2-heptanone, trans-2-hexenal, linalool, ethyl acetate, methyl salicylate, hexanoic acid, α-ionone, hexanol, trans-2-hexen-1-ol and isoamyl acetate) which were detected from host fruits to D.suzukii adults were determined, respectively. Moreover, the candidate compounds were evaluated by orthogonal experiment to develop an optimal prescription with best attractive efficacy. The results showed that ethanol and acetic acid mixtures combined with a certain concentration of hexanal, 2-heptanone, trans-2-hexenal and linalool had significant synergism effects on attracting D.suzukii adults. The orthogonal experiment, with the volatiles being solute and ethanol and acetic acid mixtures being solvent showed that mixture of 1/5 000 hexanal, 1/500 2-heptanone, and 1/5 000 linalool with ethanol and acetic acid showed the best attractiveness to D.suzukii adults with a capture rate of 86.4%.
