甲泼尼龙不同剂量对支气哮喘急性重度发作的疗效分析

摘要
目的研究分析支气管哮喘急性重度发作患者施予甲泼尼龙不同剂量治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年9月—2018年10月收治的98例支气管哮喘急性重度发作患者的临床资料,将其中接受小剂量甲泼尼龙(40 mg/次、2次/d)治疗的49例作为A组,将接受大剂量甲泼尼龙(80 mg/次、2次/d)治疗的49例作为B组,比较2组治疗效果。结果 B组患者的住院时间、总有效率、哮喘持续时间、血气分析指标均优于A组(P<0.05)。结论与小剂量(40 mg)的甲泼尼龙治疗方案相比,对急性发作期的重症支气管哮喘患者施予大剂量(80 mg)甲泼尼龙的疗效更为显著,值得推广。
Objective To study and analyze the effect ofdifferent doses ofmethylprednisolone on patients with acute and severe bronchial asthma.Methods data of 98 patients with acute and severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,49 patients who received small doses of methylprednisolone(40 mg/time,2 times/d)for treatment were included in group A.Forty-nine patients who received high-dose methylprednisolone(80 mg/time,2 times/d) for treatment were treated as group B,and the results were observed and compared.Results The length of hospital stay,therapeutic effect,duration of asthma and blood gas analysis indexes of patients in group B were better than those in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with the treatment regimen of low dose(40 mg) methylprednisolone,the treatment regimen of high dose(80 mg)methylprednisolone for severe bronchial asthma patients in the acute stage has more significant effect,shorter hospitalization time and higher value.
