早期护理干预在听神经瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者饮食护理中的效果评价

摘要
目的早期护理干预在听神经瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者饮食护理中的效果评价。方法选取我院2015年11月至2017年11月所收治的听神经瘤并实行手术治疗的患者,采用随机原则均分成两组,分别为对照组和观察组。结果就患者的吞咽情况以及并发症发生情况而言,观察组显著优于对照组,此结果经统计方法处理具有统计学意义。结论对于听神经瘤实行手术治疗的患者,对其实施早期护理措施,具有积极的护理效果,不仅减少患者的康复时间,同时还可以降低患者手术意外感染以及并发症的发生情况,在临床上值得推广以及应用。
Objective The effect of early nursing intervention on dietetic nursing of patients with dysphagia after acoustic neuroma surgery was evaluated. Methods The patients with acoustic neuroma and surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. Results In terms of swallowing and complications of the patients, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the results were statistically significant. Conclusion For the implementation of acoustic neuroma surgery patients, the implementation of early nursing interventions, nursing has positive effect, not only reduce the recovery time of patients, and can also reduce the patients with accidental infection and complications, worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
