热毒宁和喜炎平治疗72例小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床对比

摘要
目的探究热毒宁和喜炎平治疗72例小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床对比。方法选用本院儿科2017.1-2018.1收治的小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者72例,按照随机分组均分两组,各36例。对照组采用热毒宁治疗,观察组采用喜炎平治疗,观察对比两组疗效。结果观察组退热时间为(1.9±0.9)h,咳嗽鼻塞例数为(2.1±0.9)例,咽喉肿痛例数为(3.3±0.7)例,扁桃体肿大例数为(1.7±1.1)例,与对照组相比无差异(P>0.05).结论在小儿急性上呼吸道感染治疗中,热毒宁和喜炎平都存在良好的临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical comparison of Reduning and Xiyanping in the treatment of 72 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 72 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our department of pediatrics from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Reduning, while the observation group was treated with Xiyanping. the curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The antipyretic time of the observation group was(1.9±0.9) h, the number of cough nasal obstruction cases was(2.1±0.9), the number of sore throat cases was(3.3±0.7), and the number of tonsillar enlargement cases was(1.7±1.1), no difference was found between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Reduning and Xiyanping had good clinical effect in the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children.
