护患沟通在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的研究老年糖尿病护理中护患沟通的应用与价值。方法选择2016年4月～2018年4月我中心收治的76例老年糖尿病(DM)患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加护患沟通,比较两组心理状态变化和护理总满意度。结果根据焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组心理状态进行评估,护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年DM护理中增加护患沟通可改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of nurse-patient communication in nursing care of elderly diabetes patients. Methods Altogether 76 elderly patients with DM admitted to our center from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups. Among all the patients, 38 were taken as control group and treated with routine nursing, the remaining 38 patients were taken as observation group and treated with additional nurse-patient communication on the basis of routine nursing. The changes of psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results According to self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS), the psychological status of the two groups was evaluated. Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthened communication between nurses and patients in nursing care of elderly diabetes can improve patients′ anxiety, depression and other negative emotions and increase their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
