摘要
本文介绍了一种具有超强催渗效果的XD超级氮化催渗剂。在当前氮化系统中通入XD超级氮化催渗剂,氮化过程立刻就被加速,氮化周期立马就能缩短50%以上。并满足全部技术要求。还能在100 h以内使氮化层深度达到0.8~1.00 mm或更深。XD超级氮化催渗剂给我们对氮化理论许多新的认识。给设计师为了提高氮化零件的承载能力,而选择超深氮化层深度设计。这是钢的氮化技术的一大进步。
        A XD super nitriding accelerant with extra-strong catalytic penetration effect is introduced in this paper. In the current nitriding system,the XD Super Nitriding Accelerant is accessed, the nitriding process is accelerated immediately and the nitriding cycle can be shortened by more than 50%,which can meet to all the nitriding technical requirements. And it can also make the nitration case depth reach 0.80-1.00 mm or more within 100 hrs. XD super nitriding Accelerant gives us a lot of new understanding of nitriding theory. The designer chooses the ultra-deep nitriding layer depth design in order to improve the carrying capacity of nitriding parts. This is a major advance in nitriding technology of steel.
