摘要
目的分析电网职工健康体适能水平与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法选取492名电网职工进行骨密度测量和健康体适能水平测评,并通过问卷调查获得年龄、生活方式等相关因素,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果单因素回归分析结果显示,平衡适能、运动心肺功能、柔韧适能、灵敏适能与BMD无关(P>0.05)。体重、体质量指数(BMI)、力量适能和瘦体重均与BMD相关(P<0.05)。根据单因素分析结果 ,以体重、BMI、力量适能、瘦体重和年龄为自变量, BMD为因变量,行多元线性回归分析结果显示,以较高的力量适能与较高的BMD相关(P=0.021)。同样,较高的体重(P=0.009)、BMI(P=0.027)和瘦体重(P=0.018)与较高的BMD相关(P<0.05)。结论肌肉力量与BMD存在相关性,可以通过增加肌肉力量训练来增强BMD。
        Objective To analyze the relationship between healthy physical fitness level and bone mineral density(BMD) of power grid workers. Methods A total of 492 power grid workers were selected for bone mineral density measurement and health fitness level assessment. Age, lifestyle and other related factors were obtained through questionnaire survey, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results Univariate regression analysis showed that balance fitness, exercise cardiopulmonary function, flexibility fitness and sensitivity fitness were not related to BMD(P>0.05). Body weight, body mass index(BMI), strength fitness and lean weight were all correlated with BMD(P<0.05). The results of single factor analysis showed that with body weight, BMI, strength fitness, lean weight and age as independent variables and BMD as dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis showed that higher strength fitness was related to higher BMD(P=0.021). Higher body weight(P=0.009), BMI(P=0.027) and lean weight(P=0.018) were associated with higher BMD(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between muscle strength and BMD, and BMD can be enhanced by increasing muscle strength training.
