农业高职院校创新创业型人才培养模式研究与实践——以江西农业工程职业学院为例

摘要
21世纪是创新创业时代,国与国之间、地区与地区之间、产业与产业之间竞争聚焦于创新创业水平上。因此,加快推进农业供给侧结构性改革,切实提高农业竞争力,实现农业农村现代化,关键在于农业创新创业型人才培养,而这也正是农业高职院校的光荣使命和不可推卸的神圣职责。文章通过深入剖析农业高职院校创新创业型人才培养的现实困境,并在江西农业工程职业学院创新创业型人才培养探索实践基础上,有针对性地提出农业高职院校创新创业型人才培养对策。
Twenty-first century is the era of innovation and entrepreneurship.Competition between nations,areas and industries focuses on the innovation and entrepreneurship level.So the key point is to bring up innovative and entrepreneurial talents if we want to achieve modernization of agriculture and rural areas by making strong moves to advance supply-side structural reform and improving agricultural competitiveness.And the glorious mission and unshirkable sacred responsibility?fall?onto agricultural vocational colleges.The paper dissects the realistic difficulties of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural vocational colleges,and puts forward some solutions for innovative and entrepreneurial talents training on the basis of exploration and practice of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Jiangxi Agricultural Engineering College.
