摘要
目前大多数的发电权交易模型都是基于成本报价建立的,很少考虑碳交易和绿色证书交易对发电权交易的影响。此外,如何对发电权交易所带来的增量利润进行合理分配,还是一个尚待解决的问题。文章将碳交易和绿色证书交易机制引入到发电权交易模型中,考虑发电权交易仅在区域内部的各发电企业之间进行交易,建立了以区域最大净收益为目标的发电权交易模型;并提出了一种基于交易电量的增量利润分配模型。以5家发电企业参与的电力市场为例,分析4种不同情形下的发电权交易情况。结果显示,计及碳交易和绿色证书交易机制的发电权交易模型能够更有效地提高发电权交易的效率,促进发电企业参与发电权交易的积极性。
        Most of the generation rights trade models are based on the biding of the generation cost at present, and rarely taking the impact of carbon trading and green certificate trading on generation rights trading into consideration. In addition, the distribution of incremental profit brought by generation rights trading is still a problem to be solved. The carbon trading and green certificate trading mechanisms are introduced into the generation rights trade model in this paper, and considering generation rights trading merely take place within the region, a model based on the maximum net profit of the region is established. And an incremental profit distribution model based on transaction quantity is proposed. Take the power market with 5 companies as an example, analyzing the trading result of 4different situations. The result shows that the case with carbon trading and green certificate trading can significantly improve the trading efficiency and enhance the initiative of generators to participate in the trading.
