我国老年人失能状况、护理方式选择与长期护理保险发展:一个文献综述

摘要
随着我国人口老龄化速度的不断加快,失能老年人口的护理成为亟待解决的问题。长期护理保险是应对人口老龄化和失能人口长期护理问题的一项有效措施,现有研究对我国失能人口状况、失能人口护理问题进行了详细的分析和探讨。基于此,首先介绍分析我国老龄化发展的现状,然后从失能状况分析、失能老人长期护理方式选择、长期护理保险发展等方面入手,对相关文献进行梳理和归纳,并在此基础上,结合我国长期护理保险试点发展现状,从长期护理保险筹资分担、长期护理保险经办等方面提出进一步深化研究的方向。
With the acceleration of population aging in China,the nursing of disabled elderly population has become an urgent problem to be solved.Long-term care insurance is an effective measure to deal with the problem of population aging and long-term care of disabled population.Existing research has made a detailed analysis and Discussion on the status of disabled population and the nursing of disabled population in China.Firstly,this paper introduces and analyses the current situation of the aging development in China,and then combs and summarizes the relevant literature from the aspects of disability analysis,the choice of long-term care mode for the disabled elderly,and the development of long-term care insurance.On this basis,combined with the current situation of the pilot development of long-term care insurance in China,this paper discusses the long-term care insurance from the perspective of long-term care insurance.The direction of further research was put forward in the aspects of insurance financing sharing and longterm care insurance management.
