医药供应链利益相关者分析

摘要
随着经济水平的迅速发展,中国医药行业的竞争也越来越激烈。作为医药供应链上的内部利益相关者,简单说就是原材料供应商、生产商、批发商、医疗机构、零售药房等,这些企事业单位在医药供应链上是一个极为重要的环节。此外一些医药供应链上的外部相关者,例如行业协会、金融机构、保险公司、快运公司、政府机构、社会媒体等,也都息息相关。一方面这些利益相关者确实是自身的利益,另一方面这些都是推动国家医药行业发展的先行者。因此,围绕医药供应链,进行利益相关者分析具有重要的理论意义与应用价值。
With the fast development of national economy, there is increasing competition in the pharmaceutical industry in China.The internal stakeholders in the pharmaceutical supply chain involve raw material supplier, manufacturer, wholesaler, medical institution, retail pharmacy and so on. The external stakeholder involve industrial association, financial institution, insurance company,express company, government, social media and so on. On the one hand, their interests are closely related to the pharmaceutical supply chain. On the other hand, they have certain impacts on the pharmaceutical supply chain. Therefore, it is significant and meaningful to conduct stakeholder analysis on the basis of pharmaceutical supply chain.
