摘要
目的:了解我院抗菌药物致药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,为临床安全合理使用抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法:收集我院2015年1月–2017年12月上报国家ADR监测中心的抗菌药物致药品不良反应210例,对患者年龄及性别、给药途径、抗菌药物种类分布、累及系统/器官及临床表现、ADR分布情况等进行回顾性分析。结果:210例由抗菌药物所致ADR中,30~59岁患者比例最高(62.86%);静脉滴注引起ADR最多(98.10%);青霉素类药物引起ADR最多(27.62%);皮肤及其附件损害最常见(54.40%);严重ADR主要以皮疹为主,新的ADR主要以头孢菌素类药物为主。结论:医疗机构应加强医务人员对ADR监测敏感性,规范抗菌药物使用,促进抗菌药物安全、合理用药。
        Objective: To investigate the characteristics and patterns of adverse drug reactions(ADR) of antibacterials in our hospital, and provide data references for clinical safety and reasonable use of antibacterials. Methods: A total of 210 cases of ADRs caused by antibacterials, which were reported to the national ADR surveillance, from January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital were collected for retrospective analysis based on patients' age, sex, route of administration, categories of antibacterials, system/organ involvement, clinical manifestations and ADR distribution. Results: ADR mainly occurred in patients aged 30 – 59 years old, which had the highest rate as 62.86%. About 98.10% of ADR was occurred with the administration route of intravenous infusion. Most ADR(27.62%) was caused by penicillin drugs. Skin and its appendants were the most common, accounting for 54.40%. Severe ADRs mainly consist of rash. New ADRs were mainly caused by cephalosporins. Conclusion: Medical institution should enhance the ADR monitoring and standardize the use of antibacterials in order to promote drug safety and rational use of antibacterials.
