摘要
预埋非接触钢丝拉拔成孔法是在套筒出浆孔管道预埋钢丝,出浆孔管道内钢丝通过透明塑料管隔离,实现与灌浆料非接触;出浆孔管道外钢丝拉拔段长度≤50mm,灌浆后自然养护24h,可实现手动拉拔钢丝,操作简单易行。预埋非接触钢丝拉拔成孔后,通过仅带前视镜头的内窥镜可观测套筒灌浆是否饱满;通过带侧视镜头及测距功能的内窥镜可对灌浆缺陷进行成像并准确测量灌浆缺陷深度。
        The embedded non-contact steel wire drawing hole-forming method is that embed the steel wire in the sleeve outlet pipe,the section of which inside is separated from grouting material by transparent plastic pipe,and the drawing section length of which outside does not exceed 50 mm,and in natural maintenance 24 hours after grouting, carry out manual drawing, which is easy to operate. After embedding non-contact steel wire drawing hole-forming,through the common endoscope with only forward-view lens,it can be observed whether the sleeve grouting is full or not. Through the advanced endoscope with side-view lens and ranging function,the grouting defect can be imaged and the depth of grouting defect can be measured.
