摘要
柠檬酸钙在食品行业作为钙补充剂和营养强化剂使用的历史悠长,而作为一种新型饲料添加剂,近年来在饲料生产、动物生产中的应用越来越广泛。作为一种有机酸盐,柠檬酸钙不仅可作为酸化剂在饲料工业中应用,还可以为动物提供钙源,对预防疾病和提高动物生产性能发挥积极的作用。综述了柠檬酸钙的生产制备工艺、理化性质、功能作用以及柠檬酸钙在动物生产中的应用前景。
        Calcium citrate has a long history as a calcium supplement and nutritional fortifier in food industry.Meanwhile,as a new feed additive,it has been widely used in feed industry and animal production in recent years.According to literature reports,calcium citrate can be used not only as acidifier in feed industry,but also as a source of calcium for animals,which plays an active role in preventing diseases and improving animal production performance.The preparation technology,physical and chemical properties,function and application prospects of calcium citrate in animal production were reviewed.
