<正>系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythemato?sus,SLE)是临床常见的一种多系统损害的自身免疫性疾病。其临床表现多样,病情进展快、预后不良,已引起临床医生的广泛关注。巨噬细胞活化综合征(macrophage activation syndrome,MAS)是一种严重的自身炎症性疾病,病死率高达20%～30%~([1]),常继发于感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤和多种风湿性疾病,其原因是不受控制地产生促炎性细胞
