摘要

介绍大型空分装置配套空冷器作用,及其换热能力不足所造成的影响,夏季负荷情况下,制约空分装置正常运行的危害,通过分析并采取对应措施,解决空冷器换热能力不足所造成的影响,保证空分装置夏季工况下稳定运行。
        This paper introduces the function of the matching air cooler in the large air separation unit and the influence caused by the lack of heat transfer capacity. Under the condition of summer load,the harm of restricting the normal operation of the air separation unit is made. Through analysis and taking corresponding measures,the influence caused by the lack of heat transfer capacity of the air cooler is solved,which finally ensures the stable operation of the air separation unit under summer working conditions.
