摘要
为了提高堆取料机俯仰液压缸的可靠性,设计了一种新型的液压缸管路防爆阀,并给出了防爆阀结构。运用ICEM CFD前处理及FLUENT软件对正常工作状态下的防爆阀进行仿真,得到了防爆阀在理想状态下的压力、流速、速度矢量图等。研究其流体特性是否满足实际工况的要求,以及在实际工况下流道内压降的变化对液压缸内部负载的影响。
In order to improve the reliability of the pitching cylinder of the stacker reclaimer, a new-type explosion-proof valve used in the pipeline of the pitching cylinder designed, and its structure was offered.ICEM CFD pre-treatment and FLUENT were applied to simulate the explosion-proof valve in normal operation conditions, and the diagram about pressure, flow and velocity vector in ideal conditions was obtained.In addition, the paper studied whether its fluid characteristics satisfied the requirements of actual operation conditions, and the influence of the variation of the pressure drop on the inner load of the pitching cylinder in actual operation conditions.
