55例腰椎管内神经鞘瘤导致体位性神经根性疼痛的原因分析

摘要
目的:通过对出现根性疼痛症状的腰椎管内神经鞘瘤病例的总结,发现其根性疼痛与体位的相关性。方法:回顾性分析55例腰椎管内神经鞘瘤的典型临床表现,并查阅相关文献探讨体位与神经根性疼痛的原因。结果:55例腰椎管内神经鞘瘤患者均有明显的体位相关性神经根痛。结论:腰椎管内神经鞘瘤可导致患者出现体位性神经根痛,并可以此与腰椎间盘突出和腰椎管狭窄症等退行性疾病所致根性疼痛相鉴别,有助于腰椎管内神经鞘瘤的早期诊断和手术治疗,对于提高患者的生活质量具有重要的意义。
        Objective:To find the correlation between the root pain and the position of the spinal canal by summarizing the cases of neurilemmoma in the lumbar spinal canal with the symptoms of root pain.Methods:The typical clinical manifestations of 55 cases of neurilemmoma in lumbar spinal canal were analyzed retrospectively,and the causes of body position and nerve root type pain were discussed.Results:55 patients with neurilemmoma in the lumbar spinal canal had obvious position-related nerve root pain.Conclusion:Lumbar spinal neurilemmoma can lead to patients with position-related nerve root pain,and this can be diagnosed differentially with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal canal stenosis and other degenerative diseases.Early diagnosis and surgical treatment of lumbar spinal canal neurilemmoma is of great significance to improve the quality of patients' life.
