“春七”和“冬七”中17种氨基酸的比较研究

摘要
目的比较分析传统意义上"春七"与"冬七"中氨基酸含量差异,为明确两种采收方法对三七药材质量的影响提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定三七不同部位的氨基酸含量,利用SAS 9.4软件进行数据分析。结果总氨基酸含量顺序为"春七"剪口>"冬七"支根>"冬七"剪口>"春七"支根>"冬七"主根>"春七"主根;不同采收方法下,三七同一部位有9种氨基酸存在含量差异;同种采收方法下,三七不同部位氨基酸含量无明显差异;"春七"和"冬七"各部位必需氨基酸以及药用氨基酸占比无明显差异。结论文山产区"春七"和"冬七"仅在部分种类氨基酸含量存在差异性,故而推断氨基酸含量可能不是影响两种三七质量的主要原因,文山地区"春七"和"冬七"的差异性还需在其他方面进行深入挖掘。
        Objective To provide evidence for the impact of the two methods of harvesting on Panax notoginseng, the author analyzing 17 amino acids in "Chunqi" and "Dongqi". Methods The amino acid composition in Panax notoginseng are measured by HPLC, and the datas are measured by SAS 9.4.Results The content order of total amino acids are "Chunqi" rootlet > "Dongqi" Rhizome > "Dongqi" rootlet > "Chunqi" Rhizome > "Dongqi" root > "Chunqi" root. Under different harvesting methods, there are 9 kinds of amino acids in the same part of Panax notoginseng. Under the same harvesting method, there is no significant difference in amino acid content in different parts of Panax notoginseng. And there is no significant difference in essential amino acids and nonssential amino acids between "Chunqi" and "Dongqi". Conclusion There is no significant difference in total amino acids, essential amino acids and nonssential amino acids of Panax notoginseng at Wenshan. so it is concluded that the amino acid content may not be the main reason for the quality of the two Panax notoginseng. And the differences between "Chunqi" and "Dongqi" still need to dig deeper in other areas.
