摘要
随着物联网技术、信息技术、智能传感技术、装备技术及先进制造技术的快速发展,水泥产业智能制造技术的广度和深度也在不断提升。对水泥企业生产经营全流程进行分析并提出实施范围,探讨了水泥产业智能制造及智能化水泥工厂的涵义,并结合第二代新型干法水泥示范生产线数字化智能型控制要求从实施范围、实施内容、实施效果等方面进行比较分析,针对水泥工厂的元数据、CPS、IoT、DT、智能化水泥工厂的工业互联网架构等相关技术应用进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of lOT(Internet of things),information technology,smart sensing technology,equipment technology,AMT(advanced manufacturing technology),the breadth and depth of the intelligent manufacturing technology in the cement industry are also improving. This paper analyzes the whole process of cement production and management, points out the implementing scope, discusses the meaning of intelligent manufacturing in the cement industry and intelligent cement plant. And combined with the digital &intelligent control requirements of the 2nd new dry process cement, the implementation scope, content and effects are compared and analyzed. This paper discusses the application of metadata, CPS, loT, DT and intelligent industrial Internet architecture and other related technologies in the intelligent cement plant.
