摘要
通过30 d喂养实验研究条斑紫菜和坛紫菜对大鼠体质量、肝肾功能和抗氧化系统的影响,并以铅为例,分析紫菜中的铅在各器官组织中的蓄积情况,为评价紫菜的食用安全性奠定基础。实验结果表明,条斑紫菜和坛紫菜均具有促进大鼠体质量增长的作用;紫菜对大鼠肝脏、肾脏等相关功能指示性指标无显著影响,能够维持机体正常的生理机能;条斑紫菜和坛紫菜能够增强抗氧化防御作用,坛紫菜作用效果显著。条斑紫菜和坛紫菜各剂量组大鼠肝脏、肾脏中铅含量与空白对照无显著性差异,并未在大鼠肝肾中蓄积,当粪便中铅含量高时,对应血液中铅含量较低,条斑紫菜中的铅更易随粪便排出大鼠体外。
        The effects of Pyropia yezoensis and P.haitanensis on the body mass,function of liver and kidney,antioxidant system of rats were studied by the thirty days feeding experiment,and the lead content in organs of rats were also determined for providing the basis of evaluating the safety of laver.The results showed that these two kinds of laver could promote the body mass of rats,and had no significant effects on liver and kidney functions,which indicated that laver could maintain the physiological function of rats at a normal level.P.yezoensis and P.haitanensis could increase the antioxidant defense function of rats,which was significantly increased when treating with P.haitanensis.There were no significant differences of lead contents in liver and kidney of rats between the laver group and control group,suggesting lead from laver was not accumulated in liver and kidney.The lead accumulated in blood became less with the lead content in feces increasing,and lead from P.yezoensis was easier to be excreted out of body than that from P.haitanensis.
