多元化护理对预防初治急性白血病化疗期间全身感染的临床观察

摘要
目的探讨初治急性白血病患者化疗期间实行多元化护理对其全身感染的预防。方法选取接受初次化疗的急性白血病患者100例,时间在2017年10月至2018年10月,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=50)采用常规护理,观察组(n=50)实行多元化护理,分析全身感染发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组全身感染发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对初治急性白血病患者化疗期间实行多元化护理效果较好,可有效降低全身感染发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the prevention of systemic infection in patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy with diversified nursing care. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute leukemia who received initial chemotherapy were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method from October2017 to October 2018. The control group(n=50) was given routine care, and the observation group(n=50) was given diversified care. The incidence of systemic infection and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results The incidence of systemic infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion The effect of multivariate nursing is better for the patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy, which can effectively reduce the incidence of systemic infection and improve nursing satisfaction.
