福建省三明市“中国稻种基地”建设的对策研究

摘要
杂交水稻种子产业是三明市的特色优势产业之一。三明市杂交水稻制种基地对福建乃至全国杂交水稻种子生产都具有举足轻重的影响。为充分发挥三明市杂交水稻制种优势,2015年福建省人民政府专门出台了支持三明市打造"中国稻种基地"的6条扶持措施,三明市人民政府下发了《三明市"中国稻种基地"建设实施方案》,着力推进三明市"中国稻种基地"建设。根据调研情况,总结了三明市稻种产业发展的主要特点、推动稻种产业发展的主要措施和存在的主要问题,提出了打造三明市"中国稻种基地"的对策建议。
        Hybrid rice seed industry is one of the dominant industries in Sanming.Sanming Hybrid Rice Seed Production Base plays an important role in hybrid rice seed production in Fujian and even in the whole country.In order to give full play to the advantages of hybrid rice seed production in Sanming City,in 2015,the Fujian Provincial People's Government issued six supporting measures to support Sanming City to build a"Rice Seed Base of China".The People's Government of Sanming issued the Implementation Plan for Constructing"Rice Seed Base of China"in Sanming City to promote the construction of"Rice Seed Base of China"in Sanming City.According to the investigation,the main characteristics of rice seed industry development,the main measures and problems in promoting the development of rice seed industry in Sanming City were summarized,and the countermeasures and suggestions to build"Rice Seed Base of China"in Sanming City were put forward.
