血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测对诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值

摘要
目的探究血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测对诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值。方法选取63例疑似子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,检测患者血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag水平,并根据最终确诊情况分为子宫内膜癌组(n=38)与良性病变组(n=25),比较2组患者血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag水平差别,并采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)观察上述指标单独与联合诊断子宫内膜癌的敏感度与特性度。结果子宫内膜癌组患者血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag水平明显高于良性病变组(P <0. 05)。受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)显示,HE4是诊断子宫内膜癌敏感度与特异度最高的单项指标,而血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测诊断子宫内膜癌敏感度与特异度高于单项检测。结论血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测可作为早期诊断子宫内膜癌的辅助手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum HE4,CA125 and SCC-Ag in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods A total of 63 patients with suspected endometrial cancer from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. The levels of serum HE4,CA125,and SCC-Ag were measured,and the patients were divided into endometrial cancer groups according to the final diagnosis( n = 38) and benign lesions( n = 25).The levels of serum HE4,CA125,and SCC-Ag levels were compared between the two groups. The receiver operating characteristic curve( ROC) was used to observe the above-mentioned indicators. The sensitivity and specificity of membrane cancer. Results The levels of serum HE4,CA125 and SCC-Ag in endometrial cancer patients were significantly higher than those in benign lesions( P <0. 05). The receiver operating characteristic curve( ROC) showed that HE4 was diagnosed with endometriosis. The single index with the highest sensitivity and specificity of cancer,and the combined detection of serum HE4,CA125,and SCC-Ag had higher sensitivity and specificity of endometrial cancer than single detection. Conclusion The combined detection of serum HE4,CA125 and SCC-Ag can be used as an aid to early diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
