新闻传播“教”与“研”的两难境地

摘要
长期以来,新闻传播领域存在着严重的教与研"两张皮"状况,即:教学与科研之间相关度有限,教师特别是青年教师很难顾及和平衡好这两方面的关系,造成严重的时间和精力之间投入产出比失衡。造成这种状况的原因既源于学科自身的特质与历史,也来自当代学术生态与社会大环境。为了应付这一局面,教师大多选择对自己有利的多元发展路径,而青年教师所面临的困境则更值得当前学界予以关注。
For a long time, there has been a serious discrepancy between teaching and research in the field of news communication. The correlation between teaching and research is limited, and it is difficult for teachers, especially young teachers, to take into account and balance the relationship between the two aspects, resulting in a serious imbalance of input-output ratio between time and energy. The reason for this situation stems not only from the characteristics and history of the discipline itself, but also from the contemporary academic ecology and social environment. In order to cope with this situation, teachers mostly choose their own preferred development path, and the plight of young teachers is more worthy of current academic attention.
