摘要
研究不同产地黄芩商品药材中,基于泻火解毒功效关联的黄酮类质量标志物的变化规律,为质量标志物研究提供科学数据.选取黄芩质量标志物组,黄芩素-黄芩苷-汉黄芩素-汉黄芩苷为分析目标物,采用单味药、药对、复方及其相应处理方法制备对照品,用HPLC的方法测定,用数理统计学方法处理数据.结果表明,采用相同样品处理方法,不同产地的黄芩商品药材,其泻火解毒功效相关的黄酮类质量标志物组,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01).不同产地黄芩商品的质量标志物有差异,以河北黄芩黄连解毒汤的质量标志物总百分含量100%计,山西黄芩为66.85%,甘肃黄芩为55.13%,内蒙黄芩为31.16%,建议黄芩药材质量控制加入产地信息.
The change regulation of flavonoid Q-marker which related to purging fire for removing toxin efficacy from different locality of growth was studied to provide scientific data for the study of quality markers. The corresponding method was used to process the samples of the single drug,couplet medicines and compound decoction. The Q-marker group of baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein and scutellarin were estimated by HPLC,and the data were processed with mathematical statistics. Results showed that using the same sample processing method,there was a significant difference( P < 0. 01) in the flavonoid Q-markers in scutellaria baicalensis from different locality of growth. The flavonoid Q-markers in scutellaria baicalensis from different locality of growth were different. Suppose the total Q-marker amount of flavonoids of Hebei scutellaria baicalensis Huanglian jiedu tang was 100%,and the Shanxi scutellaria baicalensis was 66. 85%,Gansu scutellaria baicalensis was 55. 13%,Neimeng scutellaria baicalensis was 31. 16%,it suggested that origin information should add to scutellaria baicalensis quality control system.
