喹硫平联合谷维素治疗老年精神分裂症患者疗效及糖脂代谢分析

摘要
目的分析喹硫平联合谷维素治疗老年精神分裂症患者疗效及糖脂代谢特征,评价谷维素联合价值。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月医院精神科收治的精神分裂症住院患者84例,根据入院顺序,每收集2例对象便采用数字编号随机分组。抽到1号的对象42例,纳入对照组,喹硫平治疗,抽到2号的对象42例,联合谷维素治疗,纳入观察组。持续8周,对比疗效、血糖与血脂代谢指标。结果治疗后,观察组SDSS、PANSS评分分别为(3.6±1.6)分、(16.4±5.3)分,对照组(3.8±1.1)分、(21.6±3.7)分,低于治疗前(5.2±1.6)分、(66.8±7.4)分,(5.5±1.2)分、(65.5±5.2)分,观察组低于对照组,观察组PANSS的降幅(75.4±12.8)%高于对照组(67.0±13.7)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯分别为(5.0±1.1)、(11.3±1.1)、(1.4±0.2)mmol/L,对照组(5.2±1.0)、(11.7±1.5)、(1.5±0.1)mmol/L,高于治疗前(4.4±0.6)、(7.2±2.3)、(1.1±0.2),(4.2±0.6)、(7.2±1.7)、(1.0±0.2)mmol/L(t=3.56、4.10、3.86、3.17、3.90、3.46,P=0.010、0.000、0.001、0.032、0.001、0.026),两组对象脂联素分别为(32.4±2.1)、(29.6±2.5)低于治疗前(37.7±3.4)、(36.0±3.5)(t=5.27、5.94,P=0.000、0.000),观察组低于对照组(t=3.44,P=0.008),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喹硫平联合谷维素治疗老年精神分裂症患者疗效,相较于单独应用喹硫平,可增进疗效,同时脂联素下降不显著,可能有助于防治代谢紊乱。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of quetiapine combined with Oryzanol in treatment of senile patients with schizophrenia and glycolipid metabolism. Methods 84 cases of inpatients with schizophrenia admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group were treated with quetiapine, while the observation group were treated with quetiapine combined with oryzanol, and the curative effect, blood glucose and blood lipid metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of quetiapine combined with oryzanol in treatment of senile patients with schizophrenia and glycolipid metabolism can better enhance the curative effect compared with the single quetiapine, and the decrease of oryzanol is not obvious, which may contribute to preventing the metabolic disturbance.
