摘要
目的:对全蝎中的牛磺酸进行含量测定,以建立活性导向的指纹图谱。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法,使用熔融硅胶毛细管柱(75μm i.d.,总长50cm,有效长度40cm),以10mmoL硼酸钠(pH9.0)为缓冲液,以牛磺酸为指标,对全蝎20%乙醇超声提取液进行含量测定并分析各批次药材中该成分的含量。结果:方法线性、精密度、准确度和样品稳定性良好;6批全蝎药材中,牛磺酸的平均含量为7.783mg/g。结论:该方法快速、准确、高效,可作为全蝎的质量控制方法。
Objective: To determine the taurine content in Buthus martensii Karsch and establish activity-oriented fingerprints. Methods: Determination was carried out with high-performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE), using fused-silica capillary(75μm i.d., total length: 50 cm, effective length: 40 cm) with 10 mmoL of sodium borate(pH 9.0) as buffer solution, taurine was used as the index to determine the content of 20% ethanol ultrasonic extract of Buthus martensii Karsch and analyze the contents of this component in each batch of medicinal materials. Results: The analytical method had good linearity, precision, accuracy and sample stability; among 6 batches of Buthus martensii Karsch samples, the average content of taurine was 7.783 mg/g. Conclusion: This method is fast, accurate and effective, which is suitable for quality control of Buthus martensii Karsch.
