从中美贸易看全球贸易多边发展的必要性
摘要
中美贸易关系是一个相互依赖、相互补充,同时又不断演变的关系。这个密切关系是建立在中美之间固有的经济和贸易结构性差异基础上,既有历史的积累,也有全球发展的背景,有较强的延续性和持久性,不是短期内可以根本改变或置换的。调整和优化中美间的贸易结构和相互关系,在量的方面需要一个长期过程,但在质的方面则可以通过双方对软性指标的调整短期内实现改善。
