机械振动对高频感应熔覆WC增强Ni60A合金层显微组织与耐磨性能的影响

摘要
采用机械振动辅助高频感应熔覆技术在45钢表面熔覆制备添加质量分数20%WC的Ni60A合金熔覆层,研究了机械振动对熔覆层显微组织、硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:机械振动的施加使熔覆层具有良好的熔覆质量,内部气孔减少且组织更均匀;和未施加机械振动熔覆层相比,施加机械振动熔覆层的表面硬度更大,摩擦因数和磨痕面积更小,耐磨性能更好。
        Ni60A alloy cladding layer containing 20 wt% WC was cladded on the surface of 45 steel by highfrequency induction cladding technique assisted by mechanical vibration.The effects of mechanical vibration on microstructure,hardness and friction and wear properties of the cladding layer were studied.The results show that the cladding layer with the mechanical vibration had an excellent cladding quality.The pores in the cladding layer decreased and the structure was more uniform.Compared with the cladding layer without mechanical vibration,the surface hardness of the cladding layer with the mechanical vibration was much higher,and the friction coefficient and wear scar area were lower,indicating that the wear resistance was better.
