摘要
常减压塔顶水中氯离子含量的大小对塔器防腐性能有很大影响,本文采用自动电位滴定法测定常减压塔顶水中氯离子含量的大小,讨论了莫尔法和电位滴定法测定氯离子含量的适用范围和优缺点。考察了样品pH值对测量结果的影响,样品中干扰物的类型和去除方法。建立了通过调节pH值煮沸法去除氨水的干扰,加酸去除硫化氢的干扰,利用自动电位滴定仪进行滴定,准确的测量常减压塔顶水中氯离子含量的方法。该方法的相对标准偏差小于3%,加标回收率在90%~105%之间。该方法操作简单,精密度高,可靠性较好。降低了操作误差和"过失误差",可以作为日常生产分析使用。
        The content of chloride ion in the top of atmospheric and vacuum distillation tower has great influence on the anticorrosion performance of the tower.In this paper,the content of chloride ion in the top and bottom of atmospheric and vacuum distillation tower is determined by automatic potentiometric titration.Mohr method and potentiometric titration are discussed.The method determines the range of application and advantages and disadvantages of chloride ion content.The effect of sample pH on the measurement results,the type of interference in the sample and the removal method were investigated.The method of removing the interference of ammonia water by adjusting the pH boiling method,removing the interference of hydrogen sulfide by adding acid,and titrating with an automatic potentiometric titrator to accurately measure the chloride ion content in the top water of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation tower was established.The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 3%,and the spike recovery is between 90% and 105%.The method is simple in operation,high in precision and good in reliability.Reduced operational errors and "fault errors" can be used as a daily production analysis.
