摘要
针对某后驱SUV在发动机高转速时出现的扶手箱抖动问题,利用LMSTest.lab测试分析数据得出传动轴旋转振动引起中间支撑刚体模态与动力总成刚体模态耦合导致共振而产生;并通过LMS Virtual lab动力学仿真改变传动轴中间支撑橡胶刚度从而达到移频的效果,并最终通过实车验证使该问题得以解决控制。
Aiming at the problem of the armrest box jitter of a rear-drive SUV at high engine speed, the LMS Test.lab test analysis data is used to obtain that the rotational vibration of the propeller shaft causes the intermediate support rigid body mode to be coupled with the rigid assembly of the powertrain to cause resonance; And through the LMS Virtual lab dynamic simulation to change the stiffness of the middle support rubber of the propeller shaft to achieve the effect of frequency shift, and finally through the real vehicle verification to solve the problem.
