四个主要产地葛根中总黄酮及葛根素的含量测定研究

摘要
目的考察湖南、陕西、湖北、山西产地葛根中总黄酮及葛根素的含量差异,为资源优选和合理使用奠定科学依据。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法测定葛根中总黄酮的含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定葛根中葛根素的含量。结果湖南、陕西、湖北、山西四个产地葛根中总黄酮含量分别为6.13%、7.24%、14.33%、13.71%;四个产地葛根中葛根素的含量分别为2.13%、2.82%、5.61%、4.76%。结论湖南、陕西、湖北、山西四个产地的葛根中总黄酮和葛根素的含量差异较大,总黄酮含量高葛根素的含量也相应的高,用总黄酮和葛根素作为葛根药材评价的指标是可行性,湖北产葛根药材最好,其次是山西,再次是陕西,最后是湖南,为药材的合理使用和资源评价提供科学参考。
        Objective: To investigate the difference of total flavonoids and puerarin in pueraria lobata from Hunan,Shaanxi,Hubei and Shanxi,so as to lay a scientific foundation for resource optimization and rational use. Method: The content of total flavonoids in pueraria lobata was determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry,and the content of puerarin in pueraria lobata was determined by HPLC. Result: The total flavonoids in pueraria lobata from four areas of Hunan,Shaanxi,Hubei and Shanxi were 6. 13%,7. 24%,14. 33% and 13. 71%,respectively. The contents of puerarin in pueraria lobata were 2. 13%,2. 82%,5. 61% and 4. 76%,respectively. Conclusion: The contents of total flavonoids and puerarin in pueraria lobata in four producing areas of Hunan,Shaanxi,Hubei,and Shanxi were quite different,high content of total flavonoids corresponds to high puerarin. It is feasible to use total flavonoids and puerarin as indexes for evaluation of pueraria lobata. The pueraria lobata in Hubei is the best,followed by Shanxi,Shaanxi and Hunan. It provides a scientific reference for rational use and resource evaluation of medicinal materials.
