摘要
研究样品的分析功率、助熔剂、浴比、标准加入法等对脉冲加热红外吸收法测定Nb-Si粉末合金中氧含量影响。结果表明:采用Ni作为助熔剂、分析功率为5 kW、标准加入法进行测定时,可消除基体干扰,氧含量测定结果精密度和准确度高,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1. 27%,加入回收率为98. 3%~103. 5%。此方法能够准确测定Nb-Si合金中氧含量,可拓展其他类似合金的氧含量测定。
The influence of heating power,flux,bath ratio and standard addition method on the oxygen content determination in Nb-Si powder alloy by pulseheating-infrared absorption spectrometry was studied. The results show that when nickel is used as flux,the heating power is 5 k W and the standard addition method is used,the matrix interference can be eliminated,and the determination precision is higher. The relative standard deviation is1. 27% and the recovery rate is between98. 29% and 103.5%. The oxygen content in Nb-Si alloy can be accurately determined by this method,which can be used to measure the oxygen content of other similar alloys.
