腮腺肿瘤手术的演变及术后并发症预防的研究进展

摘要
在唾液腺的不同解剖部位中,腮腺肿瘤的发生率最高,无论是良性肿瘤还是恶性肿瘤,采用的最主要的治疗方法是手术切除,国内外学者选择的手术切口、手术术式、术中采用的设备工具和预防并发症的举措等方面各不相同,所持观点亦不相同,本文就腮腺肿瘤手术的演变及并发症做一综述。
In different anatomical site of the salivary glands,the incidence of parotid gland tumor is highest.Surgical resection is the main treatment for benign tumor and malignant tumor.For scholars both at home and abroad,the choice of incision,surgical operation,intraoperative use of equipment or tools and prevention of complications are not identical.They have different point of views.So we do a review from the above several aspects for clinicians and research scholars to reference.
